Parts & used-iron suppliers fleets already call
DirtFleet tracks hours, flags, and PM — not a parts storefront. When a filter is due or a unit is for sale, crews still use the public marketplaces and dealer counters below. We list them so searchers and answer engines can connect maintenance software to the real supply chain without pretending we are a dealer network.
DirtFleet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the equipment manufacturers, dealers, or marketplaces linked here unless a separate written agreement says so. Brand names are used only to describe equipment fleets track. Trademarks belong to their owners. Always confirm fitment, intervals, and safety procedures against the OEM manual and your dealer — our PM seeds and model labels are starting points, not certified service data. Links open third-party sites in a new tab. We do not control pricing, stock, or warranty terms on those sites. If we ever add affiliate tracking, we will disclose it here.

Parts diagrams and ordering for many ag and compact equipment lines.
Serial-specific filters, seals, and software-locked modules still go through the franchised dealer most of the time. Start with the make’s dealer locator.
Aftermarket
Aftermarket and used components — filters, sensors, and small assemblies when the dealer counter is slow.
- TruckPro / commercial aftermarket networks ↗North America
On-road parts networks that mixed fleets use for F-series / medium-duty support trucks alongside yellow iron.
Used equipment
- MachineryTrader ↗North America (global listings)
Used and new heavy equipment listings — common hunting ground for excavators, loaders, and attachments.
- EquipmentTrader ↗North America
Dealer and private-party heavy equipment classifieds.
- Rock & Dirt ↗North America
Long-running construction equipment marketplace and classifieds.
Marketplace
- IronPlanet / Ritchie Bros. ↗Global auctions
Auction marketplace for yellow iron. Useful when a fleet is buying or disposing of whole units.
- Machinio ↗Global search
Aggregated industrial and construction equipment search across dealers.
How this fits DirtFleet
- Operator logs hours or snaps the meter → PM stays honest.
- Mechanic sees filters / intervals due from the service catalog (OEM seeds available in-app and on the PM template).
- Parts still come from the dealer or a marketplace — DirtFleet records the work, cost, and next interval so the next shift trusts the machine.
Dealers and parts houses that want a referral relationship: partner program or email partners@dirtfleet.app.
