Fair use policy
DirtFleet is priced to be simple and predictable for the vast majority of fleets. Our standard plans include unlimited assets and unlimited users under a fair use policy designed to ensure a great experience for everyone.
For organizations with more than 1,500 active assets or more than 200 active user accounts, we may require a custom plan to provide appropriate performance, support, and onboarding. If your fleet is above these thresholds, please contact us and we'll work with you on a tailored solution.

Beta participants keep their list subscription rate for the lifetime of the account. We won't raise it on you when we launch publicly. In exchange, we ask for ~10 minutes of feedback every two weeks and the occasional screenshot when something is great or broken.

Software-only fleets pay the rates above and nothing else. Beta cohorts who want telemetry can add the DirtFleet tracker — a diagnostic-port unit that supports up to three optional cameras and talks to the same dashboard. Hardware sits as a one-time per-unit cost alongside the same flat software subscription you're already on; no separate platform fee, no enterprise rollout, no renegotiation. First 50 fleets in the beta cohort lock founding-rate hardware pricing alongside their software rate.
Final per-unit hardware pricing publishes as we freeze BOM and certifications ahead of the Mid-2027 ship target. Software-only fleets are not affected — see Integrations for software connectivity today.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. New organizations get 30 days free when you sign up. Your trial end date appears on the dashboard and in Settings; add a payment method there when you are ready to subscribe.
Why flat pricing instead of per seat?
Per-user pricing punishes you for having a crew. DirtFleet standard plans are one predictable subscription for the fleet — unlimited users within fair use — so field and office roles don't trigger a licensing calculus every time you grow.
