CSV & PDF exports
Fleet hours, assets, flags, org archive, and (for managers/mechanics) service rollup CSV — download from the app and drop into Excel, Google Sheets, or QuickBooks via File → Import.
Bulk CSV import
Parse + commit flows for asset rosters so you are not re-keying yellow iron from a dealer spreadsheet.
Meter photo assist
On-device Tesseract.js OCR with optional Claude assist when the local pass misses — driver always confirms before save.
VIN decode (NHTSA vPIC)
Free US government decoder on add-asset — year/make/model from the 17-digit VIN.
Managed platform services
Third parties DirtFleet calls on your behalf. Each is scoped to the feature that needs it.
Stripe
Card vaulting, subscriptions, customer billing portal, and webhooks — the commerce layer for DirtFleet Hours.
Web Push (VAPID)
End-of-shift nudges and red-flag alerts to installed browsers / PWAs.
Resend (email)
Transactional email for invites, receipts, and account notices.
OEM & dealer meter feeds (manager-configured)
Fleet managers enable these under Settings → Integrations. Tokens are encrypted at rest; status is always explicit. John Deere + Komatsu have dedicated adapters; everything else flows through the AEMP-generic ISO 15143-3 path.
John Deere Operations Center
OAuth2 + Platform API read path for organizations and (with `assetMap` in config) machine hour mirror into DirtFleet — sandbox validated from `/settings/integrations`. Live first-party adapter at lib/oem/adapters/john-deere.ts.
Komatsu KOMTRAX (ISO 15143-3)
Azure APIM bearer-token client (KOMATSU_ISO_* env or connection credentials + komatsuFleetScope in config). Live first-party adapter at lib/oem/adapters/komatsu.ts.
Major OEM registry (~30 manufacturers)
Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Hitachi, Tigercat, and the rest use ISO 15143-3 AEMP Fleet XML where the vendor exposes it (set per-org `aempBaseUrl` or env `VOLVO_CE_AEMP_BASE`, `CAT_AEMP_BASE`, …) plus a portal bearer token. Live at lib/oem/adapters/aemp-bearer.ts.
Named roadmap — depth first
Transparent queue. Nothing here is marketed as shipped; ask us if a connector blocks your rollout.
QuickBooks Online (scaffolded)
OAuth + token-refresh helpers committed at lib/integrations/quickbooks.ts; in-app /settings/integrations/quickbooks-online activates with the first paying customer. CSV round-trip + Zapier glue both work today (see /integrations/quickbooks-online for the three patterns).
WEX (fuel cards)
Import settled transactions so estimated burn rates in DirtFleet reconcile against actual card spend.
Geotab
First-party adapter is roadmap (registry slot exists; SDK adapter not yet implemented). Customer-side MyGeotab SDK scripts at /integrations/geotab work today against the public DirtFleet API.
Samsara (scaffolded)
Connection-UI helpers + ping + vehicle-list endpoints land at lib/oem/vendors/samsara.ts. Pull adapter activates with the first paying customer's API token; customer-side scripts at /integrations/samsara work today.
Fleetio (read sync)
Where fleets anchor road vehicles in Fleetio — explore roster + open work-order pull on a case-by-case beta.

Integration questions
Do you sell my data to integration vendors?
No. Connectors only move the fields you authorize for that integration. See the privacy policy for subprocessors.
When does the DirtFleet hardware tracker ship?
Customer hardware is targeted for Mid-2027. Software-only fleets never need to wait on it — phones and tablets stay first-class.
Can we sponsor a connector?
Yes — email support@dirtfleet.app with the system (and whether you need read-only vs write). We prioritize fleets already on DirtFleet Hours.
