Stay on a sheet if one person owns the iron, the hours, and the service — and they never miss a week. Move to an app when the second operator appears, when yards go offline, or when PM started floating because the file and the machine disagree.

Can I export DirtFleet back to a spreadsheet?
Yes. CSV and PDF exports are part of the product so finance and owners keep a backup. The app is the daily habit; the sheet can still be the archive.
Do you lock me in?
Export on the way out. We would rather win on the daily habit than on hostage data.
Is DirtFleet overkill for five machines?
