DirtFleet's customers come almost entirely from word-of-mouth and equipment-dealer referrals. We pay for that. Three flavors below — pick whichever fits your business.

Who we partner with

Four flavors.

  • Equipment dealers

    If you sell heavy equipment to construction / ag / mining fleets, DirtFleet pairs naturally — your customer needs maintenance + tools tracking on the iron you just sold them. We provide co-marketing assets, demo data tied to your common SKUs, and a dedicated partner-manager.

  • OEM service shops

    John Deere, Komatsu, CAT, and Tigercat dealer shops are our highest-velocity referral channel. Customers walking out with a piece of iron are exactly the audience for hour-based PM + work-order tracking.

  • Fleet consultants

    Independent consultants who help mid-market fleets pick CMMS / TMS software get a 25% revenue share for the first 12 months on every customer they bring. Implementation services billable separately at your rates.

  • IT / MSP partners

    If you run IT for fleet customers (small construction GCs, regional rental yards, mining ops), DirtFleet is a low-touch product to add to your stack. We pre-fill the org settings, you pre-fill the user list, customer logs in.

The economics

Three programs.

  • Standard referral

    $200 per converted paying customer (annual prepay or 3+ paid months on monthly). Paid 30 days after the customer's first paid invoice clears.

  • Revenue share

    25% of MRR for 12 months on customers you bring AND help us close. Reach out — we'll set up the contract.

  • Co-sell

    If you have a deal you want our help on (technical pre-sale, custom integration), we'll join the call. No fee on either side; we just want the customer to land well.

How to start

Two emails apart.

  1. Email partners@dirtfleet.app with a 1-paragraph intro: who you are, the kind of fleets you work with, and which program fits.
  2. We send back a referral-tracking link unique to you. Share it however you like — in proposals, in your email signature, in your sales decks.
  3. When a referred fleet converts, we send a confirmation email + initiate the payout (ACH / check / Stripe Connect transfer — your choice).
