Five steps
Day 0 to day 30.
The path most fleets take. Faster if you're brand-new (no historical data); a couple days slower if you're migrating from Fleetio or Whip Around with rich service history.
Day 0 — Sign up
30-day free trial starts with email + password. No credit card. Demo data seeded if you want to poke around before adding real assets.
Day 1–2 — Asset import
Bring your fleet roster as CSV / XLSX (assets, drivers, historical service if you have it). We help with the column mapping during a 30-minute Zoom — no extra fee.
Day 3–7 — Crew rollout
Send your team the install link (PWA — no app store). Pre-trip checklists are pre-loaded for on-road / off-road / trailer. First few hours-logs land; you watch the dashboard fill in.
Day 7–14 — First WOs + tools
Mechanics start using the WorkOrder queue. Tool tracking opt-in if relevant. Real shop work begins to roll up into per-asset cost-per-hour.
Day 14–30 — Decide
Trial-end nudge with a one-click upgrade. Cancel = data stays read-only-accessible for 30 more days. We make the leave path clean.
