Odometer + hour meters on the same system
Vocational and heavy haul often blend road mileage with PTO or engine-hour work. DirtFleet Hours treats each asset with the meter type it actually uses.
Repair flags that don’t get lost in group chats
Yellow and red flags route to mechanics and managers with context—notes and optional photos—so “trailer brakes feeling soft” becomes a tracked item, not a disappearing text.
No seat tax — drivers come and go
Pricing follows tracked units, not headcount. Seasonal drivers or temp operators don’t move the invoice.

FAQ
Trucking — common questions
Is DirtFleet a full TMS?
No. We’re not replacing dispatch optimization or ELD compliance — we’re where hour truth, PM intervals, and repair status live for mixed fleets that also run yellow iron or trailers alongside trucks.
Can we track trailers with tractors?
Yes. Trailers can ride as attachments of a parent unit where that matches how you operate and bill.
Does DirtFleet read J1939 or OBD telematics?
Software-first fleets log in-app today. A hardware telemetry path is on the product roadmap for fleets that want automatic hour sync—opt-in when you’re ready.
