DirtFleet sells DirtFleet Hours, B2B SaaS for heavy-equipment and mixed fleets: asset-hour and odometer logging (typed or photo-of-dash with optional server-side OCR assist), preventive maintenance tied to meter hours, repair flags, mechanic-facing workflows, imports/exports, registration/insurance renewal reminders, fleet map, and optional GPS snapshots at save time — not continuous driver surveillance by default.

DirtFleet Hours is maintenance documentation, PM, and fleet asset tracking. It is not sold as an FMCSA-registered Electronic Logging Device (ELD), interstate Hours-of-Service compliance product, substitute for mandated ELD roadside data transfer, or substitute for official DOT inspection / DVIR programs where those apply. ## Data, AI, and model training

Tenant fleet data is handled as production application data under the Privacy Policy (https://dirtfleet.app/privacy). DirtFleet does not sell customer payloads for third-party model training.

Optional AI today includes: (1) server-side Google Gemini for low-confidence meter OCR and manager “highlight insights” over summary JSON; (2) signed-in support assist triage on https://dirtfleet.app/support when configured; (3) on-device Tesseract for VIN camera capture. Inference sends only the minimum needed for each task (e.g. a single image for OCR, ticket context for support assist). See https://dirtfleet.app/ai for shipped vs roadmap features.

## SLA, uptime, and support
